Fear of the Lord is beginning of everything. Without fearing the Lord means walking in complete Darkness. Where there is Fear of the Lord there is Light , Power , liberty . You cannot do good thing or cannot serve God until you Fear the Lord. Let me be clear you can accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and savior or be a born again believer however until you Fear of the Lord you cannot be in Gods Will. The basic principle of doing Gods will is by Fearing the Lord. Fearing is a negative word however Fearing the Lord meaning Understanding God Wrath so that Good things will flow through you. Bible says if you Fear the Lord you will grow in knowledge and Wisdom. You will hate evil, you will prolong life It also says that the "Fear the Lord is the way to riches , honor and life"- Pr 22:4.Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God."
